Q: Is there a minimum order value for delivery?

A: No. But for deliveries to addresses in Sentosa, Changi Airport Cargo Complex, Jurong Island, Tuas and Aviation Park, the minimum order is $80.

Q: Is there a delivery fee?

A: Yes, there is a $8 delivery fee for orders below $39 value. The delivery fee is a separate charge and cannot be considered as part of the minimum order amount. For orders above $39 value, delivery is free.

Q: Can I amend my order once I made my purchase?

A: For amendments, contact us at +65-9109-7929, stating your order number and your amendments. We will try our best to accede to your request, but it is to be noted that successful amendments are to a case by case basis, depending on the timing at which the amendments are submitted to us.

Q: Can I cancel my order after confirmation?

A: We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment. Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of $1.00 regardless of the time order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

 Q: What if my order is incorrect?

A; Firstly, please accept our sincerest apologies. Please contact us at customercare@bowlchap.com within 30 minutes from receiving your order if you received an order that is incorrect.

Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your order. We will do our very best to correct your order as soon as possible.

Q: I sent you an email, when will you reply?

A: We make every effort to reply to emails within 24 hours. Our office is closed on Sundays, so we will get back to you on the next business day.
